Accessing additional mailboxes - Mobile (Delegated Access)
1. Tap the user icon photo (or your initials if you don't have a picture) up the top left of the Outlook App to open the Menu. Tap the Gear Icon down the bottom left.
2. Under the section marked "Mail Accounts" tap "Add Mail Account". Tap "Add a shared mailbox" from the list.
3. Enter the e-mail address of the mailbox you wish to add
4. The delegate mailbox should now be available to you:
5. To switch to the delegate mailbox, click your profile icon, and select the new icon that lists on the left. There will be an icon for each mailbox or shared mailbox you have attached.
