Adding Shared Calendars - Mobile Open "Outlook" on your mobile. Tap the "Calendar" section. Tap your user Icon to open the menu Tap the plus icon up the top left Choose "Add a shared calendar" from the list of options Type the name of the Calendar you are looking to add and tap the + sign beside the desired calendar. You will be take back to the calendar screen of the Outlook App. Tap your user icon up the top left to open the calendar selection list. Make sure there is a tick beside the calendar you just added. Note the colour as appointments will appear on your calendar screen in this colour. To change the colour, tap the Gear Icon beside any given Calendar. Done! You can now see the shared calendar on your mobile. Be sure to select the calendar from the dropdown if / when you create an appointment from your mobile.
