Accessing additional Mailboxes - Web (Delegated Access)
There are two different ways you can access a delegated access mailbox using Outlook for the web. Direct URL (if you know the e-mail address) Through the Outlook for Web Interface (if you don't know the address, or want to have both your own and the delegate mailbox open in seperate tabs) Direct URL Enter the following URL to directly access a mailbox to which you have been delegated access. Adjust the URL to match the email address of the mailbox you want to connect to: https://outlook.office.com/mail/TARGET_EMAIL_ADDRESS_GOES_HERE@qcha.org.uk If / when prompted, enter your credentials. This will be your e-mail address and password if you're outside the network, or just the e-mail address if you're accessing this from QCHA equipment / networks. Access through the Outlook for Web Interface 1. Visit this URL: https://outlook.office.com/mail/inbox or otherwise connect to Office 365 then select "Outlook" from the app launcher up the top left. 2. Once in Outlook for Web, click on your profile icon up the top right of the screen (may be just your initials if no picture has been configured). Select "Open another mailbox" 3. Start typing the address or display name of the mailbox you wish to connect to and it will actively filter the results. Click the result that matches the mailbox you want to connect to then press Open: 4. The additional delegate mailbox will open in another tab. Done!

Adding Shared Calendars - Web
Log in to Office 365 using a desktop shortcut (where present) or using this direct URL: https://outlook.office.com/calendar/view/workweek If the Calendar isn't already on the list on the left (check under any of the default groups "My Calendars" / "Other Calendars" / "People's Calendars"), click the "Add Calendar" option Click the "Add from Directory" option Type the name of the Calendar you need and click it from the list: Click the "Add to" option and select "My Calendars". This will add the calendar near the top of your calendar List Check the calendar is ticked on the list, the appointments will now show alongside your own in the calendar view: Done!

Adding / Removing Appointments in a Shared Calendar - Web
Adding Appointments Open Office 365 via desktop shortcut or via the following direct URL: https://outlook.office.com/calendar/view/workweek On the calendar screen, do one of the following: Left click the "New Event" button up the top left of the screen, Left click a blank date/time cell intersection where you want to add the appointment in the calendar view Right click a blank date/time cell intersection where you want add the appointment and choose "New Event" The style of the event creation window will depend on which of the above options you choose. If you create the appointment using the New Event button, or Right click menu "New Event" option, you will see the full appointment sheet as follows: If you create the appointment by left clicking a blank cell on the calendar, the following condensed view will appear instead: Fil The options to create the appointment are the same regardless of which "New Event" option you choose: Click the "Calendar" dropdown at the top of the dialog and select the calendar for which you wish to add the new appointment: Fill out the Date / Time / Location / Description fields as required. Amending / Deleting Appointments Find the appointment you wish to amend. Click the entry to expand the option to the right. To Edit the appointment, click "Edit" To Delete the appointment, click "Delete" Done!
